BMS Art Club making beautiful Mother's Days Gifts!

What a fun day! Teachers dress like students and Students dress like teachers !!

The Gertrude Hawk Chocolate from the fundraiser has been delivered to the Middle School today. The PTO will be here in the Middle School Lobby from 3:00pm to 6:00pm to give you your chocolate if you participated in the fundraiser. If there are any issues, please reach out to our PTO President Trevolene Slinger.

Autism Awareness Sale is Wednesday, April 9! All proceeds go to Ms. Nikki's Classroom for learning activities and materials!!!

Tomorrow: student council spirit day where the kids dress up as teachers and their teachers dress up like the students!!!

Here are some Jr. YAC updates from Mrs. Demetrakis: We donated over 30 bags of food to St. Mary's food drive! Hosted an Ice Cream Sundae Sale and all proceeds went to St. Jude! The Blankets we made for Babies with the Linus Project!

Students in Mrs. Mantione's class presented their research paper project on the country that they wanted to go and visit. They also did an experiment using store bought Bath Bombs to see how they dissolve! Great work!!

On Tuesday, March 4th and Wednesday, March 5th, seventh grade students and staff visited the Holocaust Museum & Center for Tolerance and Education at Rockland Community College in Suffern, NY. Students participated in moral courage workshops, museum scavenger hunts, and heard from two Holocaust survivors, Trudy Album and Miriam Edelstein. While Ms. Album spoke about her time in a concentration camp, Ms. Edelstein recalled what life was like on the run. It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience being able to learn firsthand about the Holocaust: the victims, the perpetrators, the bystanders and the Righteous Among the Nations.
