The Week of Respect is a time for all of us to think about how we treat one another and the kind of school community we want to create. Throughout the week, we’ll be highlighting different ways that we can promote respect, kindness, acceptance, and inclusion throughout our school.

Save the date BHS! We are proud to present our 3rd annual College Fair. Our College Fair will host over 50 colleges and universities that will be participating. It will be held on October 28 for all students grades 9-12.

Our Homecoming Dance will be held on Saturday, October 10 from 6pm-9pm. Please check your email for the QR code to purchase your tickets online. You can also scan the QR code on the attached flyer. New State Law: NJ Cell Phone Policy:
There is a new policy in place regarding cell phones and personal electronic devices. As you know, personal electronic devices, including laptops, meta-glasses, earbuds, headphones, smart watches and iPads, are not allowed in the building. Additionally, a new state law prohibits cell phone use in the building from bell to bell. What does that mean? It means cell phones MUST BE OUT OF SIGHT!! Students cannot have the cell phone out under any circumstance. All phones must be stored in lockers or backpacks and cannot be out or visible, including in the cafeteria and recess area. Bell to bell means that from 8:15-2:40 all cell phones must be out of sight. This is now state law!!!

I hope everyone is enjoying their family time! Cover Stitches will be the uniform vendor for Bogota Schools. Families can visit the physical store, order online, or visit Cover Stitches, which has scheduled a week in August to sell uniforms at our local Bogota Schools.

There will be (2) finals conducted each day this week. Students only come in if they have a final. If they are exempt, they do not have to come in. Only students aged 18 or older can sign themselves out of school. All other students must be signed out by a parent/guardian if they. June 22-24 will be for make-ups and will also be single-session days for students with a dismissal of 12:42. Please see the Finals schedule below:

In collaboration with BACSA, we will be hosting an 'Escape Room' activity for parents. Join our "Teen Bedroom" Escape Room Challenge to learn, explore, and have fun. Refreshments will be served.
