Every new school year is the perfect time to start fresh, establish new goals, and be a better

person, student, teacher, counselor than the year before.  In our classroom, no matter what rigorous Common Core

Standard is on the board, the most important part of any lesson is making sure that students are emotionally, physically,

and mentally prepared to be as successful as they can be that day.  Our classroom is a safe,

nurturing, and forever challenging place that any student at any level or grade can be and feel successful in. 

I can't wait to meet my new students and see how much my old students have grown over the summer! 

I am a firm believer of the proverb that states, "It takes a village to raise a child."  In my experience, the most successful students have been those whose parents and teachers work together towards the same goals. As much time as I get to spend educating your children at school, parental opinions and involvement are extremely important to students' motivation and eagerness to succeed.  I am always open to communicate with you.  I can be as much of an asset to you as you can be to me in regards to your child's academic success.
