    skipping, galloping, hopping, running and side shuffle.

    1.  Shuttle Run (agility)

    2. Wall Sits (power in legs)

    3.  Arm Hang/planks (upper body strength)

    4.  Static & Dynamic (flexibility)

    5.  H.I.I.T  High intensity interval training (endurance)
